The two fairness guarantees, and why they differ
Power.win makes two distinct claims, and running them together would be misleading.
The in-house games are provably fair. Every result is committed before you play, using a server seed hashed with SHA-256, a client seed you control, and a nonce that increments each bet. After you rotate your seeds, the server seed is revealed and you can reproduce any past result yourself, using Power.win's tools or anyone else's. The method is on the provably fair page.
The third-party casino games are certified. An independent testing house has verified the random number generation. Power.win's RNG certification names the report, the customer, the product and the verdict, and is published on the RNG certificate page.
Certification says the game was audited. Provably fair says you can check your own round. The second is stronger, and it only applies to the in-house games.
Who operates it, and under what licence
Power.win is operated by 3-102-968317 SRL, a company incorporated in Costa Rica, company number 3-102-968317, with its registered office in Barrio Las Vegas, diagonal to La Salle High School, Mata Redonda, San José, Costa Rica.
It is licensed under the Gaming Act by the Tobique Gaming Commission, licence number 0000209.
Two things that licence determines, which players notice:
- Prizes are cash. Real-life activities and physical items are not permitted as prizes. Where a case or mystery box advertises an item, the cash equivalent is credited to your balance.
