Poker Rules

1. Introduction and General Rules

1.1. These Poker Rules ("Poker Rules") govern all poker games made available through Power.win ("Power.win", "we", "us", or "our").

1.2. Poker games available on Power.win may be operated, hosted, supplied, or supported by third-party poker networks, software providers, game providers, security providers, or integrity teams (collectively, "Poker Providers"). By participating in poker games through Power.win, you agree to comply with these Poker Rules, our general Terms and Conditions, and any applicable game or tournament rules displayed within the poker product.

1.3. These Poker Rules are intended to protect the integrity, fairness, security, and sustainability of the poker environment and to provide a fair and enjoyable experience for all players.

1.4. You are fully responsible for the security and activity of your account, including all gameplay, login activity, devices used, and actions performed through your account.

1.5. Power.win may amend these Poker Rules from time to time. Continued participation in poker games following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Poker Rules.

1.6. Where Power.win or a Poker Provider has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in prohibited activity, unfair play, prohibited software use, or any other breach of these Poker Rules, Power.win and/or the relevant Poker Provider may investigate, restrict, suspend, or permanently prohibit the player from participating in poker games, including during active gameplay.

1.7. Power.win and its Poker Providers may perform security reviews, gameplay analysis, behavioural analysis, seating analysis, integrity investigations, and enhanced verification procedures at any time where reasonably required to protect game integrity.

1.8. Enhanced verification procedures may include, where applicable:

• live player verification;
• webcam monitoring or recording;
• screen sharing or live monitoring of gameplay;
• recording or verification of applications running during gameplay;
• verification of the player's playing environment or setup;
• device, IP, network, or account verification; and
• requests for identification documents or other information reasonably relevant to an integrity investigation.

A player may be required to demonstrate their poker environment, active gameplay session, or surrounding playing area in real time.

Failure or refusal to reasonably cooperate with an integrity or security investigation may itself constitute a breach of these Poker Rules.

1.9. Investigations may include, without limitation:

• gameplay and statistical analysis;
• hand-history analysis;
• behavioural profiling;
• seating and lobby activity analysis;
• device and environment verification;
• IP and network analysis;
• linked-account analysis;
• KYC and document verification;
• review of relevant communications where permitted and applicable; and
• detection or monitoring of prohibited software, tools, or suspicious playing environments.

1.10. Accounts may be investigated, monitored, or restricted where they appear to be associated through shared devices, IP addresses, payment methods, playing environments, behavioural patterns, coordinated gameplay, or other relevant linkage indicators.

1.11. During an integrity investigation, monitoring period, or probation period, Power.win may temporarily restrict poker gameplay, withdrawals, transfers, rewards, cashier functionality, or other account functionality where reasonably necessary.

For repeated or serious ecology-related violations, including Bum Hunting or Predatory Behaviour, a monitoring or withdrawal-restriction period of at least fourteen (14) days may be imposed while compliance is assessed.

1.12. Attempting to engage in prohibited activity, assisting another person in prohibited activity, or attempting to circumvent these Poker Rules may be treated in the same manner as a completed violation.

1.13. Enforcement

Where a player breaches, attempts to breach, circumvents, or is reasonably suspected of breaching these Poker Rules, Power.win and/or the applicable Poker Provider may:

• issue a warning;
• restrict or remove chat functionality;
• remove rewards or promotional benefits;
• restrict access to particular poker games or features;
• temporarily restrict withdrawals or account functionality while an investigation is conducted;
• suspend the account;
• permanently prohibit the player from poker games or from Power.win;
• void affected gameplay, transactions, rewards, or winnings where permitted under the applicable Terms and Conditions; and/or
• confiscate funds determined, following investigation, to be associated with prohibited activity, fraud, unfair gameplay, collusion, or other serious violations, subject to applicable law and the Power.win Terms and Conditions.

Enforcement measures may vary depending on the severity, frequency, intent, surrounding circumstances, and repetition of the conduct and do not necessarily follow a fixed sequence.

2. Real-Time Assistance (RTA)

2.1. Real-Time Assistance ("RTA") means any external assistance that provides a player with an unfair advantage, influences their decisions in real time, or enables them to play in a manner they could not reasonably replicate independently.

2.2. Every decision made at a poker table must be made independently by the player without prohibited external assistance.

2.3. Prohibited assistance includes software, applications, websites, artificial intelligence tools, physical or digital reference materials, decision engines, solvers, and similar resources used during active gameplay.

Referring to strategy charts or similar decision-making materials during play is prohibited.

3. Bots and Automated Play

3.1. A "Bot" means software, a program, website, application, artificial intelligence system, or other technology that enables gameplay without genuine human intervention or reduces the requirement for a human player to make decisions or execute actions.

3.2. Every poker decision and action must be made by the individual to whom the Power.win account belongs.

3.3. Fully automated bots, partially automated bots, AI-based gameplay systems, automated decision-making tools, and any other technology that automates poker decisions or actions are strictly prohibited.

4. Collusion

4.1. Collusion means cooperation or coordination between two or more players intended to provide an unfair advantage over other players in cash games or tournaments.

4.2. Each player must play their own hand independently and solely in their own interest.

4.3. Players must not disclose or share their hole cards or other private game information with another player while the relevant hand remains in progress.

4.4. "Soft Playing" is prohibited. Soft Playing means intentionally playing less competitively or aggressively against a particular player, including a friend, associate, backer, or other person of interest.

Exceptions may apply to legitimate strategic decisions in tournament bubble situations or multi-way situations following the money bubble where one or more players are all-in.

4.5. Players must not coordinate or conspire to cause financial harm to another player or manipulate the natural outcome of a game.

5. Multiple Accounts

5.1. Creating or intentionally using multiple accounts to participate in Power.win poker is prohibited.

5.2. A player must never participate in the same or related poker games using multiple accounts.

5.3. Players may not use multiple accounts to participate in freerolls, promotions, tournaments, leaderboards, rewards, or other offers.

5.4. Each player may maintain only the number of Power.win accounts permitted under the Power.win Terms and Conditions and may not use accounts on the underlying poker network to circumvent any one-player or one-account restriction imposed by Power.win or the Poker Provider.

6. Bum Hunting

6.1. "Bum Hunting" means intentionally seeking out less experienced or weaker players while deliberately avoiding meaningful engagement with more skilled players.

6.2. Players must not systematically screen for particular players and participate in games primarily or exclusively when those players are present.

6.3. Players must not systematically target specific players by, for example, leaving games shortly after those players leave and returning primarily when those players return.

Power.win and its Poker Providers may consider repeated seating and gameplay patterns when determining whether Bum Hunting has occurred.

7. Data Mining

7.1. "Data Mining" means accumulating or obtaining poker hand histories or gameplay data other than data legitimately generated through the player's own participation.

7.2. Players must not use third-party tools to unlawfully or improperly collect, import, scrape, convert, or obtain hand histories or gameplay data from Power.win poker tables.

7.3. Players must not provide third parties with access to gameplay or hand-history information where doing so facilitates prohibited data collection, analysis, or unfair gameplay.

8. Chip Dumping

8.1. "Chip Dumping" means intentionally losing chips or deliberately transferring value to another player through poker gameplay.

8.2. Both the player transferring the chips and the player knowingly receiving them may be considered responsible for Chip Dumping.

8.3. Poker games must not be used as a mechanism for transferring money between accounts. Such activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account restrictions, enhanced verification, confiscation of affected funds, and reporting where required by applicable law or anti-money-laundering obligations.

9. Ban Evasion

9.1. A player who has been suspended or permanently banned from Power.win poker or the applicable poker network must not attempt to circumvent that restriction.

9.2. This includes returning through a new account, another person's account, a pre-existing account, altered credentials, another device, or any other method intended to bypass the restriction.

10. Account Sharing and Ghosting

10.1. Account Sharing means allowing two or more individuals to use or play through the same account.

10.2. Players may only participate using an account registered to them and must personally make all gameplay decisions.

10.3. "Ghosting" includes:

• playing on behalf of another person;
• allowing another person to play on your account;
• allowing another person to make decisions on your behalf during active gameplay; or
• receiving prohibited gameplay assistance from another person while participating in a game.

Account Sharing and Ghosting are strictly prohibited.

11. Hit and Running

11.1. "Hit and Running" means repeatedly or deliberately leaving a table shortly after winning a significant pot in circumstances considered harmful to fair game ecology.

11.2. Relevant factors may include the size of the pot, the number of hands played following the win, the player's historical behaviour, and the frequency or pattern of such conduct.

An isolated instance of leaving a table after winning does not necessarily constitute a violation. Enforcement may be based on the overall pattern and circumstances.

12. Promotion Abuse

12.1. Players must not manipulate gameplay, accounts, promotions, tournaments, leaderboards, rewards, bonuses, or other promotional mechanics for the purpose of obtaining rewards or benefits to which they are not legitimately entitled.

Power.win may remove rewards or benefits obtained through Promotion Abuse and take further action in accordance with these Poker Rules and the Power.win Terms and Conditions.

13. Hacking and Account Security

13.1. Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account, device, credentials, network, or gameplay information is strictly prohibited.

13.2. Players who believe their Power.win account has been compromised must contact Power.win Support as soon as reasonably possible.

14. Offensive Conduct

14.1. Players must not engage in conduct that is:

• defamatory, racist, hateful, vulgar, obscene, threatening, insulting, abusive, offensive, or discriminatory;
• illegal or associated with criminal activity;
• intended to impersonate another person or entity;
• unauthorised advertising or solicitation;
• intended to obtain another player's personal information;
• deceptive or deliberately misleading;
• harmful to another person's computer, data, account, or financial security; or
• spam or repeated unwanted communications.

14.2. These rules apply to all poker-related communication and functionality, including usernames, profile pictures, text chat, audio, video, voice messages, or other communication features made available through the poker product.

15. Predatory Behaviour

15.1. "Predatory Behaviour" means using unethical, manipulative, or exploitative practices against other players to obtain an unfair or undeserved advantage.

15.2. Predatory Behaviour may include, without limitation:

• griming or buttoning;
• ratholing;
• selective seating abuse;
• disguised Bum Hunting;
• manipulation of seating or table mechanics; and
• other behaviour considered contrary to fair competition or materially harmful to the poker ecosystem.

16. Circumvention and Exploitation

16.1. Players must not manipulate or interfere with Power.win, the poker software, Poker Provider systems, security measures, or procedures in order to bypass, avoid, interfere with, or undermine integrity, security, monitoring, verification, or enforcement mechanisms.

16.2. Exploiting or attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, errors, unintended functionality, or system behaviour for financial, strategic, or operational advantage is prohibited.

16.3. Players must not attempt to circumvent or interfere with security reviews, monitoring, verification procedures, investigations, account restrictions, or enforcement measures.

Players who discover a suspected technical error or vulnerability should stop exploiting the issue and report it to Power.win Support.

17. Mass Data Analysis (MDA)

17.1. "Mass Data Analysis" or "MDA" means systematically accumulating data relating to particular players or player pools and analysing that information to develop exploitable strategies or heuristics.

17.2. Players must not systematically collect, scrape, harvest, purchase, or otherwise obtain data from Power.win poker games or player activity in a manner prohibited by these Poker Rules.

17.3. Players must not sell, distribute, share, or commercially exploit prohibited datasets, analysis, insights, or information derived from MDA.

18. Prohibited Software, Tools and Services

18.1. Players must not use any software, service, device, application, technology, artificial intelligence system, or playing environment that:

• provides prohibited real-time decision support;
• automates gameplay or gameplay decisions;
• improperly extracts or collects poker data;
• facilitates Bots or RTA;
• facilitates Collusion, Ghosting, or Account Sharing;
• masks identity, device information, or location for the purpose of circumventing restrictions;
• enables prohibited remote access or remote control during gameplay;
• circumvents security, monitoring, or verification procedures; or
• otherwise creates an unfair advantage or compromises game integrity.

18.2. The examples contained in these Poker Rules are illustrative and are not exhaustive. New software, technologies, techniques, or forms of unfair play may be prohibited even where they are not expressly named in these Poker Rules.

18.3. Power.win and/or the applicable Poker Provider may determine whether particular software, services, devices, technologies, playing environments, or patterns of behaviour are incompatible with fair play, game integrity, or the security of the poker ecosystem.

19. Game Integrity and Final Decisions

19.1. Power.win may rely on information, gameplay records, security findings, and integrity determinations supplied by its Poker Providers when investigating suspected violations.

19.2. Where an investigation is conducted by a Poker Provider, Power.win may take account action based on the Poker Provider's findings, including restrictions or sanctions reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the poker product.

19.3. Where suspicious activity may also constitute fraud, money laundering, abuse, or another violation of the Power.win Terms and Conditions, Power.win may take additional action under those Terms.

19.4. Nothing in these Poker Rules limits any rights or remedies available to Power.win under its general Terms and Conditions, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or the rules applicable to the underlying poker network.

19.5. In the event of a conflict between these Poker Rules and the general Power.win Terms and Conditions, the general Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

By participating in poker games on Power.win, the player acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Poker Rules.
